- Here's a demo version of Shanghai II: Dragon's Eye. Shanghai II is a sequel to
- the popular Shanghai, winner of the 1986 MacUser Editor's Award for Best
- Entertainment Product and 1989 MacWorld Game Hall-of-Famer. The basic game is
- the same: remove matching pairs from a pile of 144 tiles until the pile is
- gone, or you run out of moves. But this version has a wealth of new features,
- art and sound.
-
- *2700K of b&w and 256-color scanned and hand-drawn art, 900K of sounds & music
- *Eight built-in animated tilesets (e.g., Sports, Animals, Fantasy) and the
- ability to use your own art
- *Thirteen built-in board layouts and a full-featured layout construction set
- so you can create your own layouts
- *Nine game variations including new types of Challenge and Tournament
- *More help features like Show Remaining Tiles and Suggest Move
- *Dragon's Eye: a completely new 2-player game using Shanghai-like rules.
- Can be played against a friend or against the Mac
- *Art specifically for 9" b&w, 12" color, and 13" color screens (there's
- access to all of the art that works on your screen size and type)
- *System 7-compatible; works on any Mac from Plus on up; no copy protection;
- complete on-line help
